Winter Again

 

The snow seems to have come early this year, too quickly terminated, a short-lived fall without harvest. It sets a calm tune for the new season, in which life has retuned to where it began, and is reduced to its simplest form with no desire for colorful fantasies, luxury emotions, or deep thinking about meaning. All one needs is a warm coat, some hot soup, and perhaps a couple of good books about things concrete, such as mountains and rocks or history...
