Traveling by high-speed train in China is fun. The train operates at about 300km per hour. From Nanchang to Nanjing (4.5 hours), Nanjing to Weifang (4 hours), and Weifang to Beijing (3.5 hours), it passes six provinces: Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, and Hebei. Outside the window, a summer landscape unfolds continuously, and transits with a continuity. Railroads running through agricultural fields in the countryside form a delightful scenery, and it’s interesting to see different rural house styles.
